The series consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, planning documents, and related materials pertaining to planning and policy issues undertaken by the Adirondack Highway Council. The records are apparently the files of Harold A. Jerry, commissioner of the Public Service Commission and long-time member of the council. The bulk of material is copies shared among officials of the APA, DEC, PSC, and the DOT. Each of these agencies was a major participant in the council's activities. Some minutes of council meetings are also present.
